Dispute Center · FCRA-based

Challenge what’s wrong on your reports. On your terms.

Storehouse finds items that may be inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable, drafts a letter per item and per bureau, and tracks every response. You review and approve each letter as your own dispute, then Storehouse prints, mails and tracks it ($4.99 per item).

Storehouse is self-directed software and doesn’t dispute on your behalf. Accurate information can’t be removed, and no result is promised.

How disputes work

Four steps, and you approve every letter.

Storehouse organizes the work. You decide what to challenge and how each letter is sent.

  1. Step 1: Start your trial and connect your 3-bureau report

Plus is 30 days free. Your Experian, Equifax and TransUnion reports load side by side, each with its own VantageScore® 3.0. Checking your own credit is a soft inquiry, so it won’t affect your score.

  2. Step 2: Storehouse flags possible errors

Items that may be inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable are flagged across Experian, Equifax and TransUnion, each with a plain-English reason. You choose what to challenge.

  3. Step 3: You review and approve each letter

Storehouse drafts an FCRA-based dispute letter per item and per bureau. Read it, edit anything, add supporting documents, then approve it as your own dispute.

  4. Step 4: Choose how to send it

Storehouse prints, mails and tracks it for $4.99 per item, so the delivery date and the bureau's 45-day clock are recorded.

When a bureau verifies an item you still believe is wrong, Storehouse helps you prepare a follow-up round with more supporting proof. Only inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable information can be corrected or removed. No outcome, score change or timeframe is promised. You can always dispute directly with each bureau yourself.

What it can help with

The errors people find most often.

If an item is inaccurate, incomplete or can’t be verified, you have the right to challenge it.

Wrong personal information

Misspelled names, old addresses or employers that aren’t yours, which can signal a mixed file.

Accounts that aren’t yours

Accounts you never opened. If you think it’s identity theft, IdentityTheft.gov explains extra steps.

Duplicate accounts

The same debt listed twice, for example by an original creditor and a collector, or by two collectors.

Incorrect late payments

A late mark in a month you paid on time, or after an account was paid off.

Wrong balances or limits

A balance that doesn’t match your statement, or a missing credit limit that inflates utilization.

Outdated or unrecognized items

Negative items past the reporting period, or hard inquiries you didn’t authorize.

What Storehouse doesn’t do

  • It isn’t a law firm or a service that disputes for you
  • It doesn’t mail anything without your approval
  • It doesn’t dispute on your behalf
  • It can’t remove accurate, current, verifiable information
  • It doesn’t promise results, score changes or timeframes

No. Storehouse is self-directed software. It flags items that may be inaccurate, drafts letters that cite your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and tracks responses. You review, edit and approve every letter as your own dispute, then Storehouse prints, mails and tracks it. Storehouse doesn’t dispute on your behalf and doesn’t promise any outcome.

No. Under the FCRA you have the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with Experian, Equifax and TransUnion yourself, by mail or on each bureau’s website. Storehouse is an optional tool that organizes the work: finding possible errors, drafting letters and tracking every round.

Bureaus generally have 30 days to investigate a dispute, and up to 45 days in some cases (for example, if you send more information during the investigation). Storehouse tracks each letter from the day it’s mailed, and response times vary.

No, and nobody can. Only inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable information can be corrected or removed. Accurate, current and verifiable information stays on your report for the period the law allows.

It might, or it might not. It depends on what is on your report, whether the items are actually inaccurate and how each bureau responds. No outcome, score change or timeframe is promised.

The Resolution Engine (dispute letters you approve) is included with the Plus and Elite plans. Mailing is charged per item: when Storehouse prints, mails and tracks a letter, it’s $4.99 per item, which covers printing, postage and tracking, so the delivery date and the bureau’s response window are on record. Plus pricing and trial terms: 30 days free, then $59.99/mo. A card is required up front, today’s total is $0.00, and you’re charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before day 30. Elite includes everything in Plus.

Explain what is wrong and why, identify the account, and attach copies (never originals) of anything that supports your dispute, such as a statement or a payment confirmation. Storehouse prompts you for supporting documents when a round needs them.
