The complete agreement governing your use of Storehouse, including your CROA-mandated cancellation rights, our service scope, billing terms, and what we can and cannot guarantee.

Effective: April 21, 2026|Questions? info@storehouse360.com
📋 Agreement Notice
By creating an account or using any feature of Storehouse Financial Intelligence Platform ("Storehouse," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not create an account. These Terms form a binding legal contract between you ("User," "Consumer," or "you") and Storehouse Financial Intelligence Platform.

Section 1

Platform Identity

⚠️ Storehouse Is NOT a Credit Repair Organization

Storehouse Financial Intelligence Platform is a Financial Intelligence Platform. We are not a credit repair organization (CRO) as defined under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679a(3), and we do not hold ourselves out as one.

Storehouse provides tools, technology, and information that empower consumers to understand and exercise their own rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We automate a process you are legally entitled to do yourself for free. We do not promise to "repair" your credit, and we do not guarantee any specific change to your credit score.

Storehouse is a subscription-based software platform that provides:

  • Credit monitoring and bureau-level tradeline tracking via Array's consumer-permissioned credit data API
  • Automated generation of FCRA-compliant consumer dispute letters on your behalf, with your written authorization
  • AI-powered financial analysis, recommendations, and STOREHOUSE Advisoring (with explicit opt-in consent)
  • Funding eligibility scoring and lender matching
  • Personal wealth tracking: assets, liabilities, net worth, and portfolio management
  • Monthly Storehouse Statement — a PDF financial summary generated on the 1st of each month
📌 Everything Storehouse does on your behalf — including submitting dispute letters to credit bureaus — requires your explicit written authorization. We act as your agent, not as an independent credit repair company operating without your direction.

Section 2 · Required by Federal Law

CROA Mandatory Disclosure

Federal law requires that all organizations providing credit-related services provide consumers with the following notice before any contract is signed or payment is accepted. Storehouse provides this disclosure in full compliance with 15 U.S.C. § 1679c.

Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law

You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any "credit repair" company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is over 7 years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported for 10 years.

You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may be charged a reasonable fee. There is no fee, however, if you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance, or a rental dwelling because of information in your credit report within the preceding 60 days. The credit bureau must provide someone to help you interpret the information in your credit file. You are entitled to receive a free copy of your credit report if you are unemployed and intend to apply for employment in the next 60 days, if you are a recipient of public welfare assistance, or if you have reason to believe that there is inaccurate information in your credit report due to fraud.

You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organization Act. This law prohibits deceptive practices by credit repair organizations.

You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it.

Credit bureaus are required to follow reasonable procedures to ensure that the information they report is accurate. However, mistakes may occur. You may, on your own, notify a credit bureau in writing that you dispute the accuracy of information in your credit file. The credit bureau must then reinvestigate and modify or remove inaccurate or incomplete information. The credit bureau may not charge any fee for this service. Any pertinent information and copies of all documents you have concerning an error should be given to the credit bureau.

Section 3 · CROA § 1679d — Your Federal Right

Right to Cancel Within 3 Business Days

3-Business-Day Cancellation Right — No Questions Asked

In accordance with 15 U.S.C. § 1679d, you have the absolute right to cancel your Storehouse subscription within 3 business days of signing up, for any reason or no reason at all, with no cancellation fee, no penalty, and no questions asked.

  • Your cancellation is effective immediately upon written or electronic notice to us
  • You will receive a full refund of any payment made within the 3-business-day window
  • No services need to be completed or returned — your right to cancel is unconditional
  • After 3 business days, you may still cancel at any time with no long-term obligation (see Section 8)
How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel

To cancel within the 3-business-day window, send written notice by any of these methods:

  • Email: info@storehouse360.com — subject line "3-Day Cancellation Notice"
  • Account Dashboard: Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
  • Written mail: Include your name, email address, and the statement "I wish to cancel my Storehouse subscription"

A "business day" means Monday through Friday, excluding federal public holidays. Your 3-day period begins on the date your account is activated, not the date of first payment.

Section 4 · CROA § 1679b(b) — Federal Prohibition

No Advance Payment Policy

✅ You Will Never Be Charged Before Services Are Rendered

The Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679b(b)) prohibits any person or organization from charging or receiving any money or other valuable consideration for the performance of any service which the organization has agreed to perform before such service is fully performed.

Storehouse strictly complies with this prohibition. Our subscription fees (Basic $29.99/mo · Plus $59.99/mo · Pro $99.99/mo) are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle for the services already delivered in the prior cycle, or for immediate access to the platform's tools and technology during the current cycle. No money is collected as a deposit or advance retainer for future work that has not yet been performed.

  • Free trial periods (if offered) provide full platform access with no payment required
  • Your first charge occurs only after you have had the ability to use the platform
  • Subscription renewals are charged at the start of each month for that month's continued access
  • Dispute letter sending (if applicable) occurs only after you have reviewed and approved the letters
  • We never charge setup fees, onboarding fees, or advance retainers

Section 6 · CROA § 1679b(a)(3)

What We Can and Cannot Guarantee

Federal law prohibits any credit repair organization from making false or misleading representations about what it can accomplish. We take this seriously. Here is an honest, complete statement of what Storehouse can and cannot do.

✅ What Storehouse CAN Do
  • Pull your credit report through Array and display it in a clear, actionable dashboard
  • Identify tradelines that may be inaccurate, unverifiable, or obsolete under FCRA
  • Generate FCRA-compliant dispute letters addressed to the correct bureau and furnisher
  • Track dispute responses round-by-round and automatically draft follow-up letters
  • Calculate your Funding eligibility and match you to real lenders
  • Provide AI-generated analysis and recommendations based on your actual data
  • Generate a monthly professional PDF financial statement
  • Help you understand and exercise your rights under the FCRA
❌ What Storehouse CANNOT Do
  • Guarantee removal of any specific item from your credit report
  • Guarantee any specific increase to your FICO score or in any specific timeframe
  • Remove accurate, current, and verifiable negative information from your report
  • Advise you to make any false or misleading statement to a credit bureau
  • Advise you to change your identity or misrepresent any information
  • Guarantee lender approval or specific loan terms based on your funding score
  • Provide legal advice — we are a technology platform, not a law firm
  • Provide tax advice — consult a qualified CPA or tax professional
📢 Results Vary — No Guarantee of Outcome
Credit bureau dispute outcomes are determined solely and independently by each credit bureau based on their investigation of the furnisher's response. Storehouse has no control over and makes no warranty regarding the outcome of any dispute. Our published client results ("+47 FICO points in 90 days") reflect historical averages, not guaranteed individual outcomes. Your results will depend on what is on your credit report, the accuracy of negative items, and bureau investigation decisions.

Section 7

Your Obligations

By using Storehouse, you represent, warrant, and agree to the following:

Accuracy of Information
  • All personal information you provide (name, SSN, address, date of birth) is accurate and your own
  • You will promptly notify us of any changes to your contact information
  • You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts
  • You are the sole authorized user of your account and will not share your credentials
Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use Storehouse to dispute items you know to be accurate and verifiable
  • Provide false identifying information to circumvent a credit bureau security freeze or fraud alert
  • Use the platform for any purpose that violates the FCRA, CROA, or any applicable law
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or access our systems in any unauthorized manner
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your account access to any third party
  • Use AI-generated content from Storehouse in any fraudulent or misleading context
CROA Prohibited Practices Reminder
Under 15 U.S.C. § 1679b, it is unlawful for any person to make any statement or provide any information to a consumer reporting agency that the person knows or should know to be false or misleading. Storehouse will not generate letters making false claims, and you agree not to instruct us to do so. Accounts found in violation of this provision will be immediately terminated.

Storehouse's liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to Storehouse in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or (b) $100.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Section 10

Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes quickly and informally. Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at info@storehouse360.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the FCRA or CROA, which are federal statutes that cannot be waived by contract.

FCRA & CROA Rights Preserved
Your Federal Rights Cannot Be Waived
Under 15 U.S.C. § 1679f, any waiver of your rights under the Credit Repair Organizations Act is void. Similarly, any waiver of your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act is void under 15 U.S.C. § 1681s-2. Nothing in these Terms of Service waives, limits, or modifies your rights under either federal statute. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with the FCRA or CROA, the federal statute controls.
Class Action

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. This waiver does not apply to claims arising under the FCRA or CROA where class actions are expressly permitted by statute.
