Your Consumer Rights Under the FCRA
The Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.) grants you specific rights regarding your credit information. Storehouse is committed to supporting the full exercise of these rights.
You have the right to request and receive a complete copy of your credit file from each credit bureau at no charge once every 12 months through AnnualCreditReport.com. Storehouse additionally provides you continuous access to your credit data through the Array integration.
If you believe any information in your credit file is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable, you have the right to dispute it directly with the credit bureaus. Credit bureaus must complete their investigation within 30 days (45 days if you provide additional information). Storehouse automates this process on your behalf with your explicit written authorization.
You have the right to know who has accessed your credit report within the past two years. Storehouse logs every access to your credit data and makes this information available in your account dashboard under the FCRA Audit Trail.
You have the right to place a security freeze on your credit file at any credit bureau free of charge. A security freeze prevents new credit from being opened in your name. Storehouse cannot initiate or remove a security freeze on your behalf — contact each bureau directly.
If a lender or other party denies you credit, employment, housing, or insurance based on your credit report, they must provide you with an adverse action notice that includes the name of the credit bureau that supplied the report and your right to a free copy of that report.
If a consumer reporting agency, furnisher, or user of consumer reports violates the FCRA, you may be able to sue in federal or state court. You may recover actual damages, statutory damages ($100–$1,000 per violation), punitive damages, and attorney's fees.

We retain your personal and financial information for as long as your account is active and as required by applicable law. The following retention schedules apply:

When you delete your account, we will permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Dispute letter records and FCRA audit trails are retained for the legally required period even after account deletion.
