How We Use Array Credit Data

🔗 Third-Party Credit Provider: Array
Storehouse partners with Array (array.com), a consumer-permissioned credit data platform, to access your credit bureau reports. Array is a licensed consumer reporting agency (CRA) operating under the FCRA. By consenting to credit monitoring, you authorize both Storehouse and Array to access your credit data under 15 U.S.C. § 1681b(a)(2) (written instructions of the consumer).

Your credit data obtained through Array is used exclusively for the following permissible purposes:

  • Displaying your current credit scores and full credit report within your Storehouse dashboard
  • Identifying inaccurate, unverifiable, or obsolete items on your credit report
  • Generating FCRA-compliant dispute letters targeted at specific negative tradelines
  • Tracking dispute outcomes round-by-round across all three bureaus
  • Calculating your Funding Score based on your credit profile and financial data
  • Providing AI-generated credit recommendations (see Section 3 for AI disclosure)
  • Generating your monthly Storehouse Statement PDF
🔒 We do not sell, rent, or share your credit data with any third party other than Array (for the purpose of retrieving the data) and the credit bureaus (for the purpose of submitting disputes on your behalf with your explicit written authorization).

We do not use your credit data for targeted advertising, credit decisioning for third parties, employment screening, insurance underwriting, or any purpose not explicitly stated above.

Section 3

AI Analysis Disclosure

🤖 Artificial Intelligence Usage
Storehouse uses artificial intelligence powered by OpenAI GPT-4o to analyze your financial data and generate personalized recommendations. Your use of AI-powered features requires explicit opt-in consent provided during onboarding.

  • Your credit report data: tradelines, scores, derogatory marks, and inquiry history
  • Your wealth profile: assets, liabilities, income, and net worth
  • Your Funding data: revenue, DTI ratio, and funding score
  • Your dispute history and bureau response patterns
What the AI Generates
  • Personalized dispute letter content specific to each negative tradeline
  • Credit score improvement recommendations and timelines
  • Funding eligibility assessments and lender match percentages
  • Monthly financial health summaries included in your Storehouse Statement

AI Data Handling
  • Data sent to OpenAI is processed under OpenAI's API data processing agreement — OpenAI does not train on API data by default

  • AI-generated dispute letters are reviewed by our compliance engine before being used
  • You may opt out of AI analysis at any time from your account settings without losing access to non-AI features
⚠️ AI Limitation Disclaimer
AI-generated recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or credit repair advice. Storehouse does not guarantee any specific outcome from AI recommendations. Results from dispute letters depend on credit bureau investigation outcomes, which are determined independently by each bureau.

Section 4

Your Consumer Rights Under the FCRA

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.) grants you specific rights regarding your credit information. Storehouse is committed to supporting the full exercise of these rights.

Right to Access Your Credit File — FCRA § 609

You have the right to request and receive a complete copy of your credit file from each credit bureau at no charge once every 12 months through AnnualCreditReport.com. Storehouse additionally provides you continuous access to your credit data through the Array integration.

Right to Dispute Inaccurate Information — FCRA § 611

If you believe any information in your credit file is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable, you have the right to dispute it directly with the credit bureaus. Credit bureaus must complete their investigation within 30 days (45 days if you provide additional information). Storehouse automates this process on your behalf with your explicit written authorization.

Right to Know Who Accessed Your Report — FCRA § 609(a)(3)

You have the right to know who has accessed your credit report within the past two years. Storehouse logs every access to your credit data and makes this information available in your account dashboard under the FCRA Audit Trail.

Right to Place a Security Freeze — FCRA § 605A

You have the right to place a security freeze on your credit file at any credit bureau free of charge. A security freeze prevents new credit from being opened in your name. Storehouse cannot initiate or remove a security freeze on your behalf — contact each bureau directly.

Right to Adverse Action Notice — FCRA § 615

If a lender or other party denies you credit, employment, housing, or insurance based on your credit report, they must provide you with an adverse action notice that includes the name of the credit bureau that supplied the report and your right to a free copy of that report.

Right to Seek Damages — FCRA § 616–617

If a consumer reporting agency, furnisher, or user of consumer reports violates the FCRA, you may be able to sue in federal or state court. You may recover actual damages, statutory damages ($100–$1,000 per violation), punitive damages, and attorney's fees.

For a complete list of your FCRA rights, visit the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) at cfpb.gov or the Federal Trade Commission at ftc.gov.
