How do I cancel?
Log into your account, go to Settings, and click Cancel Subscription. Takes under 30 seconds. No fees.
How do I download my data?
In Settings, click Download My Data to export dispute letters, reports, and statements.
When is my credit report pulled?
Immediately after you complete onboarding and connect your identity. Then monthly for monitoring.
Can I use Storehouse360 for a family member?
Each account is for one individual. Create a separate account per person.
